1. What is your returns policy?
Severne Shop has a no fuss returns policy.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, your have the right to return any Products purchased from SeverneShop by returning it to us in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact), within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. We will either exchange the Product, or issue SeverneShop Vouchers on the site. Please call +44 (0)7515 553535 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive returns authorisation.
2. How do I return an item?
All returned goods must have the following information enclosed for it to be authorised.
- Customer Name
- Customer Address
- Contact telephone number
- Reason for return
- Order number or invoice number

Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns. In these cases we will take a photo of the item for evidence. In cases of dispute, the decision of the managing Director of The Greentree Group Of Companies opinion will be sort. In cases where his decision is appealed by the customer a second vote will be taken from all of the directors of The Greentrees Group Of Companies. A cost of £50 will be levied against the refund if it is decided no refund will be given.
Any Products returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned Products in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned Products are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any Product(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.
3. Does it cost to return an item?
Unless products are faulty, we regret we cannot refund carriage on goods incorrectly ordered from you.
4. How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
The refund would be arranged within 7 days after we have received the goods, less insurance, freight costs, and subject to inspection as to their suitability for resale. Customers based outside the EU will also be responsible for any custom charges that might be charged when returning goods.
Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as “Damaged” and you are within your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to us. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘Unchecked’.
It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not signed for as such, Quayside Windsurfers cannot accept any liability and the Products will not be replaced or reimbursed. If you choose to delegate for the parcel to be received by someone else then you remain responsible for meeting the Terms & Conditions above.
