Overview
Reflecting the sails development is the emphasis on creating high performance hardware. This has been matched with the improvement of the Enigma mast, upgraded to provide the ultimate in performance and reliability and electronically tested to ensure bend curves and quality meets with the standard set by the Severne Hardware division. Changes in the way the mast has been designed has reduced swing weight, increased the reflex characteristics and decreased the weight.

- Reduced length of bottom section has reduced swing weight by up to 20% and increased curve consistency in the upper section of the mast.

Enigma Series Boom
Developed by the Severne R+D team and tested by Bjoern Dunkerbeck for stiffness and durability, the Enigma slalom booms have been matched to create cohesive racing hardware at the best stiffness to weight ratio.

Enigma Formula Boom
Coming soon is the Enigma Formula Boom. This is in development with Formula World Champion, Steve Allen to ensure it meets with the ultimate in formula racing performance. This boom is likely to have a new curve, working in unison with the sails profile and a new grip profile, boosting durability whilst decreasing racer fatigue.
